Great views from the rooms 🌄 the staff here were super friendly and really went out of their way to help us. Overall, the service was top-notch. Plus, there's convenient parking nearby.

Marvellous and magnificent location not very far from a cultural museum. Excellent service, pleasant staff. Climate control, a private safe, and a writing table in the room and the comfortable bed.

The hotel was fairly clean with magnificent location in a quiet lovely area and nicely decorated rooms. Location: the property was not far from San Miguel de Allende, Mall grocery store and Queretaro. Café Leter Shop was located 15 minutes walk away

The rooms are spacious and newly decorated, with a lovely view and a kitchen, providing a really good experience; additionally, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was very attentive and caring.

Located in a quiet and lovely area, this hotel offers everything next door. You can enjoy a Pancake breakfast while admiring the beautiful gardens. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast dishes are varied and delicious, and the view from the pool is breathtaking.

The restaurant menu lacks imagination and might be a bit overpriced.

We enjoyed staying in this quiet hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens. The heated pool was a highlight, and the numerous outdoor seating areas provided a relaxed and comfortable vibe. The hotel had two things going for it: the complementary hot chocolate and the location near the city center. the hot chocolate was rich and creamy, perfect for a cold Christmas morning. the hotel was also located just a short walk from the main square, which made it easy to explore the city.

The hotel's noise level was a major issue. the walls were thin and I could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms.
